Thomas Cruise Mapother IV, was born in 1962, we all know him as Tom Cruise. Tom grew up in Syracuse, New York with his sisters and his mom Mary Lee and father Thomas Cruise Mapother III. At age 14 Tom Cruise attended the Franciscan seminary to fulfill his dream to become a priest but little did he knew that he would become one of the highest paid movie actor in movie history. While in high school, Cruise fell in love with acting and instantly drop the idea of becoming a priest to focus on his acting career.
